Starting point

Deep expertise needed a clear public route.

DMAR began with deep marine operations experience and the plan for an independent assurance consultancy. It needed to show who the work is for, which decisions it supports, and where its authority starts and ends.

Potential clients may arrive with very different decisions in front of them: vessel suitability, RAMS, DP readiness, transport and installation interfaces, mobilisation evidence, or offshore attendance. The offer had to connect that range without becoming vague.

The website therefore had to do more than look established. It needed to turn technical capability into a clear engagement route, show representative work without breaching confidentiality, and state the consultancy's appointment boundaries plainly.
