By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to disrupt, misuse, scrape, attack, or impersonate A4T Studio services.
Product information
Information about Pinglo and other A4T Studio products may change as products develop. Product availability, features, and policies may be updated over time.
Submitted messages and reviews
If you submit a message or review, you are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate, based on your own experience, and lawful. Do not send sensitive documents unless requested through an appropriate support channel.
Submitting a review does not guarantee publication. A4T Studio may verify, decline, or remove a review. We will not publish a named review without the optional publication permission and confirmation of the final wording.
Photography bookings
Every shoot is different. Before a date is booked, the written quote will set out what we are photographing, where and when the shoot will happen, the price, expected delivery and how the images will be used.
Time and delivery
Duration depends on the brief, location, access, number of subjects, and intended use. Food and hospitality shoots often take two to four hours. Evening events usually take four to six hours, although longer and full-day coverage can be arranged.
A typical four-hour event is normally edited and delivered within seven calendar days, with 14 days as the maximum. Longer or more complex projects will have their own delivery date in the quote.
Payment
Some shoots need a booking payment to hold the date. Where requested, this is usually 30% of the total and comes off the final balance. The quote will make all payment dates clear.
If plans change
Please tell us as soon as you can. We will do our best to move the shoot to another available date. If we cannot agree a suitable new date, we will return the booking payment. The same approach applies if weather, illness, access or flight safety prevents the work from going ahead.
Using the photographs
The quote will explain where and how the delivered images can be used. Unless we agree otherwise, A4T Studio keeps the copyright. If you need exclusive use, copyright ownership or another type of licence, tell us before the quote is agreed.
A4T Studio will not publish private commissioned work without permission.
