Company and responsibility
What does A4T Studio do?
A4T Studio manages projects from a first brief to finished work. We define the route, select suitable professionals or partners when needed, agree stages and cost, and coordinate delivery. See the service routes.
Is A4T Studio operated by a registered UK company?
Yes. The studio is operated by a company registered in England and Wales under number 14697408. You can verify it on Companies House.
Who is responsible for a client project?
A4T Studio provides the named project contact and coordinates the agreed route. Responsibility for each deliverable and specialist area is set out in the proposal, quote, or statement of work.
Does A4T Studio work with independent professionals and partners?
Yes. We may deliver work directly or bring in independent professionals, studios, or partner businesses that fit the brief. A4T Studio remains the agreed coordination point unless the project documents say otherwise.
How are professionals selected?
We consider relevant work, practical skill, availability, location, communication, and the responsibility required. The final team depends on the project, and regulated work must go to a suitably qualified person.
Scope, price, and ownership
How is project pricing agreed?
Pricing follows the deliverables, stages, people, timing, risk, and support required. The price and payment route are recorded in a proposal, quote, or statement of work before paid work begins.
What happens if the scope changes?
We explain the effect on time, cost, and delivery. Material changes are agreed in writing before the extra or revised work begins.
Who owns the final work and source files?
Ownership, usage rights, source files, handover, and any third-party licences are agreed for each project in the proposal, quote, or statement of work. They are not assumed to be identical for every service.
What support is available after delivery?
Handover, training, maintenance, monitoring, content updates, or further development can be included. The exact support period, responsibilities, and price are agreed for the project.
Privacy, reviews, and support
How is confidential or personal information handled?
Share only what is needed for the enquiry or project. Access, confidentiality, storage, and deletion requirements are agreed according to the work, and website submissions are handled under the Privacy Policy.
How are reviews verified?
Reviews are private when submitted. We may confirm the project relationship and final wording before publishing a review, and publication requires the reviewer’s permission.
How can someone raise a complaint or safety concern?
Email admin@askfortask.co.uk with the project or service involved, what happened, and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the available information and explain the next step. The Trust and Standards page has the full route.
Does the website use cookies or track visitors?
The current website code does not set cookies or use advertising or cross-site trackers. It records limited aggregate outbound partner-link request counts without visitor IDs. Read Cookies and Analytics.
How quickly does A4T Studio respond?
Nikita aims to acknowledge project enquiries by the end of the next business day. A detailed scope or answer may take longer.
