ASK FOR TASK LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 14697408. Its registered office is The Matilda House, St. Katharines Way, London, England, E1W 1LF. The company operates A4T Studio and Pinglo.
How projects are scoped and managed
We begin by identifying the result, what needs to be delivered, what already exists, the budget, and the target date. The proposal, quote, or statement of work then records the agreed scope, stages, responsibilities, review points, price, and handover.
If the brief changes, we explain the effect on time, cost, or delivery before extra work begins. Project-specific ownership, confidentiality, support, and cancellation terms are agreed in writing.
Professional and delivery-partner selection
A4T Studio may deliver work directly or assemble independent professionals and partner businesses around the brief. Selection is based on relevant work, practical skill, availability, location, and the level of responsibility required. The person or business responsible for each part is made clear before delivery.
Where regulated or specialist advice is needed, it must be handled by a suitably qualified professional. Joining the professional network is not a promise of work.
Privacy and data handling
We collect the information needed to answer an enquiry, consider a professional, verify a review, support a product, or deliver an agreed project. We do not sell submitted profiles or CVs, and reviews are not published automatically.

Website and service security
The website is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare. Public forms use short-window submission limits, request-size limits, server-side validation, parameterised database statements, restrictive file checks, and no-store responses. Browser security headers restrict framing, executable sources, form destinations, and unnecessary device permissions.
No public summary can remove every risk. Access and data are limited to what is needed for the service, and security controls are reviewed as the website and products change. Sensitive internal procedures are not published.
Reviews and publication permission
A submitted review is private by default. If publication permission is selected, A4T Studio may verify the relationship and confirm the final wording and attribution before publishing. Permission can be withdrawn by emailing admin@askfortask.co.uk.
Complaints and safety concerns
Email admin@askfortask.co.uk with the project or service involved, what happened, and the outcome you are seeking. We will acknowledge the concern, review the available information, and explain the next step. Urgent risks to a person or property should also be reported to the appropriate emergency or public authority.
Responsible vulnerability reporting
Security researchers can report a suspected vulnerability to admin@askfortask.co.uk. Include the affected page or service, clear reproduction steps, and the likely impact without including another person’s data.
Please do not access, download, alter, retain, or disclose other people’s data. Do not disrupt the service, use destructive testing, or continue after enough evidence has been collected to explain the issue.
