Clear scope and responsibility

• Every project should begin with a useful result, named deliverables, owners, review points, timing, and an agreed quote or first planning stage.
• Changes that affect cost, timing, people, or the final output should be explained and agreed before the route changes.
• International and location-based work should identify the places involved and any local permissions, privacy, insurance, or operating requirements.

Professional fit and specialist boundaries

• Professionals are selected around the actual brief, and responsibility for each part should be clear before work begins.
• Ask for Task does not replace regulated legal, financial, environmental, technical, reporting, or assurance advice. Where it is needed, the role should be given to an appropriately qualified professional.
• Drone and other location-sensitive work is confirmed only after the planned location, airspace, people, permissions, privacy, weather, insurance, and local operating requirements have been checked.

Privacy, safety, and responsible claims

• Projects should avoid collecting or sharing personal, financial, identity, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and properly handled.
• Apps and digital services should consider privacy, moderation, misuse prevention, support, and sensitive handoffs from the start.
• Responsible-growth and ESG communication should be based on available evidence and should not turn uncertainty into unsupported claims.

Reliable delivery and handover

• Files, access, approvals, ownership, support, and important handovers should be understood when the project is completed.
• Live apps and systems need testing, maintenance, support, and improvement after launch, not only design and release.
• Feedback, problems, and changes should have a visible route to the person responsible for resolving them.
